Chainlink Labs is looking for a Developer Marketing Program Manager to manage and lead developer marketing initiatives including events, communities, and partnerships. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, industry-leading team and be a part of a rapidly evolving ecosystem. In this role, you will ensure that the level of polish and quality of our developer events and communities are the best in the industry.
Your Impact
- Take the lead in Chainlink’s developer events making them best-in-class and catered towards developers
- Inspire and equip developers to use Chainlink. Support Chainlink developers when they need a hand, building a following for yourself and Chainlink
- Own developer marketing initiatives, create a strategy, and execute it
- Be an active and authentic participant in the blockchain and Ethereum developer communities wherever they gather, online and offline
- Create strong partnerships with our community members and stakeholders
- Organize world-class meet-ups with great attendance, participation, and engagement
Requirements
- High attention to detail
- High sense of professional accountability
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience marketing to developer communities
- Experience supporting large scale tech events
- Experience owning relationships with external partners and organizations
- Experience curating technical content
- Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and possess a growth mindset
- Ability to operate independently and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Desired/Optional Qualifications
- Industry knowledge (Blockchains, DeFi, trends, use-cases)
- Understanding of Chainlink ecosystem
- 3+ years of project and program management experience
- 3+ years of experience working within a fast-paced or startup environment
- 3+ years of experience owning developer advocacy and event marketing initiatives
- 2+ years working within a globally distributed team
- Being bilingual is a plus

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
