Join one of the most innovative health engagement solutions companies in the country. Finity seeks an experienced software project Manager to lead the LAMP development team. This project manager will work directly with the Chief innovation Officer to successfully deliver best-in-class new products, services and software.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise LAMP development team to execute assigned tasks within specified deadlines.


• Convert business requirements into technical requirements including actionable user stories.


• Work with internal leadership to prioritize user stories and drive iterative goals.


• Work with product development team to define scope and requirements for implementation.


• Create project plans, schedules, requirements, and documentation for all components and phases of new product development.


• Demonstrate strong team leadership skills and build strong working relationships between development resources and different business units within the company.


• Define and isolate any blockers and promptly facilitate solutions.


• Ensure comprehensive project documentation is created and maintained in Confluence


• Establish effective project plans and ensure their execution.

Your Qualifications:

• 5 years of project or product management experience


• BA or AA degree in computer science or relevant experience


• Proficient in MS Project and/or Smartsheet as well as MS Office suite


• Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, KANBAN)


• Experience in creating a collaborative team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems, conflicts, and managing resources in a matrix environment


• Project management experience leading software development as well as business initiatives


• Atlassian JIRA experience is preferred


• Development experience is preferred
