Remote Web Development Project Coordinator

We are in search of a great new team member with excellent client service skills and a background in Web Development to join us in supporting the practices we serve.  To our team and community, you will be known as a Website Visibility Specialist and get to work with a lot of great people, committed to helping our clients succeed!

This is a fully remote opening - and will be forever! DVM Elite is a 100% virtual company so you get to work from home permanently, with no regular travel required. The role will be full-time.

 

Core Responsibilities

As a Visibility Specialist, you will get to chat with clients daily, helping them get their websites up and going. You would be the first person our clients speak to when they join us, so you will get to WOW them with your excellent communication and project coordination skills!

What you'll get to do . . .

  • Manage website builds from beginning to launch
  • Work with clients on technical aspects of the domain transfer process.
  • Serve as client liaison being the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal team members throughout the website building process
  • Walk clients through a website building schedule and articulate the setup of tasks and deliverables.
  • Partner with account managers to create and maintain a successful client journey and ensure the website project workflow is being upheld.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings, both internal and client-facing.
  • Regular Quality Assurance checks to ensure the website is technically up-to-date and that content is accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal and external team members when issues arise and need to be resolved.

We use Google Drive, Zulip, and Canva other related tools to improve productivity, communications and automate processes/workflows.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to Digital Marketing or Web Development and a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles of any type where your main function was project coordination and management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience building websites first-hand.
  • Proven knowledge of Wordpress and Duda.
  • Solid understanding of SEO strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in website building designs and optimization.
  • UI/UX Certification or design background a plus!
  • Certificates of Digital Marketing courses, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO, would be a plus.

 

WorkSpace & Technical Requirements

Since we are a fully remote company, it goes without saying that you should have an above-average level of technical proficiency! You will need . . .

  • A high-speed internet connection and either a Windows or MAC operating system.
  • A workspace set up to help you do your best, whatever that set-up may mean for you. Video meetings and phone calls are a regular part of our environment so your set-up should be conducive to this.
  • The ability to create spreadsheets, professional-quality documents, and presentations for use internally and with clients. Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets and formulas for data analysis.
  • Experience with these or similar applications: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail, Calendar, Meets, etc.); Zulip, HubSpot, Trello, Zoom, BambooHR, Time Doctor.

 

Hours & Availability

In general, you should be available during regular business hours in the Central and Eastern time zones.

 

Location Requirements

This role is open to candidates authorized to work in the United States and whose permanent address is in one of the states DVM Elite is currently registered to hire from. These states include AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, and WI. Unfortunately, if your permanent residence is not in one of these states, we are not able to consider you for an opening.

 

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is DOE. A retirement savings plan with company match, paid holidays, Bereavement, and employee discounts. New benefits offerings will soon be available as well! At the present time, DVM Elite does not offer health benefits.
